- Listing and Content Guidelines
a. Accuracy of Listings: If you are a seller or list your services on Kgwaso, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your listings. False or misleading information is not permitted.
b. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit to Kgwaso, including listings, text, images, and videos. By submitting content, you grant Kgwaso a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional purposes.
c. Prohibited Content: You may not post, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. Kgwaso reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these terms.
- User-Generated Content and License
a. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit to Kgwaso, including listings, text, images, and videos. By submitting content, you grant Kgwaso a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional purposes, marketing materials, and advertising related to Kgwaso’s services.
b. Content Usage: Kgwaso may utilize user-generated content, including listings and reviews, on its website, social media channels, or other marketing materials to promote the platform and showcase the services offered by Kgwaso. However, Kgwaso will not use any user-generated content in a manner that violates your privacy or portrays your business inaccurately.
c. Content Removal: If you wish to have your content removed from Kgwaso’s promotional materials, you can contact us at [email address] with a specific request. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, please note that content that has already been used in promotional materials may continue to be used even after removal from the platform.
By submitting content to Kgwaso, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to grant Kgwaso the license described in this clause. You also warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party.
If you do not agree with this clause or the license granted to Kgwaso, please refrain from submitting any content on our platform.
User Conduct.
a. Respectful Behavior: Users are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy. Harassment, spamming, or abusive behavior towards other users is strictly prohibited.
b. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while using Kgwaso’s services.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between users or with Kgwaso, we encourage users to communicate and attempt to resolve the issue amicably. Kgwaso does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of listings, services, or client interactions. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our platform or the services provided by users.
Modification of Terms
Kgwaso reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform, and your continued use of Kgwaso after the changes have been implemented constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
Kgwaso may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary by Kgwaso.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Botswana. Any legal actions related to these terms or Kgwaso’s services shall be brought before the courts of Botswana.
